DESCRIPTION:Join us on Wednesday\, 20th September 2023 to dispel spirit harm\, unseen disturbances and negative supernatural influences. \nThe elaborate Shenyingdudog puja is based on the Heart Sutra — one of the most important sutras in the Buddhist canon. The ritual includes 252 recitations of the Heart Sutra and extensive offerings of tormas (ritual cakes) to generate a tremendous amount of merit for sponsors\, participants and even the spirits. \n  \nEvent Details\n\nSep 20\, 2023 (Wed)\n10.00 am – 1.00 pm\nKechara Forest Retreat\nFree.
