Amitayus Retreat
A GUIDED 3D2N MANTRA RETREAT FOR A LONG & FRUITFUL LIFE
A mantra retreat based on the self-generation sadhana of Amitayus, the Buddha of Infinite Life. As H.E. Tsem Rinpoche advised, Amitayus is a wonderful practice for healing, purification, and replenishing life energy.
If you are above 50, prone to sickness, or you are sick, or you have a family history of life-threatening illnesses, it is very beneficial to engage in Amitayus practice and occasional consistent retreats. Amitayus practice has innumerable benefits.
Engaging in Amitayus retreat is excellent to heal sickness and disease, and to create the causes not to have dangerous diseases. Amitayus can also heal emotional scars and clear inner obstacles from this and previous lives.
If we have a long life free of disease, and a sound, clear mind, we can do much more to benefit others and ourselves. And if we recite the Amitayus mantra and blow it on our medication, the medication will take on more energy, and have more power to heal our bodies. We can even engage in Amitayus retreat to send healing energy to our family members, loved ones and pets.
At the highest spiritual level, Amitayus retreat will increase our wisdom, compassion, merits — and ultimately help transform our harmful attachments and desires into positive, healing energy that supports our spiritual growth.
“Amitayus is not just a long-life Buddha. Through his practice, one heals inner and outer sicknesses, clears fears and emotional scars, and purifies karmic obstacles. It is a very powerful practice for anyone who wishes to live a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.”
Led by our experienced Buddhist sangha and pastors, this 3D2N Amitayus mantra retreat is suitable for those who are new to mantra retreats as well as experienced retreatants who may be too busy to prepare all the necessary offerings and materials.
Open to anyone aged 50 years and above OR suffering from chronic/terminal illness. Participants must be able to maintain consistency and punctuality throughout the retreat.
