The Preliminaries Practice Group + Practice Weekend Programme is geared towards helping you accomplish your preliminary practices.
The aim of the 2023 – 2025 group is to complete the Prostration Preliminary (100,000x) within two years, through a combination of group + individual practice, with guidance + support from our pastors, and encouragement from fellow retreatants.

On-site Practice Weekends are fully guided by senior pastors to facilitate better meditation and progress. This includes detailed explanations of the visualisations to increase the effectiveness of your prostration practice.
